It would be great if you could give us a bit of a run down on your coaching technique. I've never used a coach but always wondered what the heck they actually do. And do you think singing is a natural gift or can you can it be beaten into you lol....

No problem, I believe in good manners and run a few pages/sites myself and can't abide people crashing in self promoting
Uhm, every coach is different I think and what I did was learn the bones of vocal performance from the ground up as well as how the muscles work and how they compensate when their not being used correctly (often to the detriment of the vocal performance).
There is no doubting it is a VERY complex subject and one that can't be defined in a few sentances, however, what I will say is that EVERYONE has the ability to be a GREAT singer, barring medical restrictions of course, but with hard work, discipline, practice and the correct coaching can discover more than often they thought possible, and this is never more often than with already established singer that THINK they're great when in fact they're just "good" !!
However, trying to constructively tell them this is never easy, but once they realise and discover the benefits and experience the improvement they tend to relent and let themselves go.
To me, it's all about freedom, it's about having the most relaxed approach to singing as possible, to extend the range beyond the individuals dreams so that everything comes much more easily.
As I say, a very complex subject, but for sure, some people are just born gifted, some have to work at it, but essentially everyone has the ability to become a great singer, even those who have no vibrato, no tone identification, and no appreciation of the art - I know this because I was one of them!!
