Transferring projects to another computer

I used this method and it worked fine unless by one detail: in the new copy generated by Reaper all my WAV files were converted to MP3. How can I prevent this?

In the dialog for "Save project as", if you tick the copy media button, there is another button that comes up to convert media. Make sure you don't tick this.
