I've just had a look at the spec for your recorder and I'm afraid it's not quite as simple as you're hoping.
Obviously you need a microphone to record your voice--and the CDR W-33 doesn't have a microphone input. Besides the mic, you'll need to have some sort of microphone pre amp as well. Since CDs have to be stereo, your pre amp will also have to be able to split your signal into two channels, otherwise your voice will only come out of one side.
There are various ways to do it but one way might be
a Behringer Xenyx 302 which will let you plug in one mic, pan it centrally and feed it via phono leads to both channels of your recorder. They're pretty cheap.
As for mics, there are tons of cheapies out there...maybe something like a Shure PG48 or a Sennheiser E825 might suit but I'm sure you'll get lots of recommendations.
Don't forget to budget for a mic stand, an XLR to XLR cable and a phono (RCA) to phono (RCA) cable.
That lot'll get you going exactly as you say, but...
Although I don't know exactly what you're doing but I suspect your desire not to use a computer could be a false economy. You'll have no way of editing out fluffs or picking up the recording after you need a sip of water if you go directly into the CDR. A bit of freeware like Audacity in your computer would make for a much tidier way of working--and the Xenyx I mention also has USB in and out so that could connect to the computer as well.
Or...a completely different idea: maybe a handheld recorder like
a Zoom H2N might suit. It would replace the mic and mixer, allow basic editing and all you'd need would be a 1/8th inch TRS to phono/RCA jack to connect to your recorder. However, this would be a two stage process--record into the Zoom, edit, then playback into your CD recorder.
Anyhow, some food for thought.
