Hello there people of HR! I am trying to watermark audios ( Like making a constant irritating sound that makes it unable to be "leeched" and stuff ). Any ideas on how to do it with ease? All answers will be appreciated, regardless of what it is.

Cheers,
Darren.

If you put a noise through the whole song, then it won't be listenable. You can put artificial 'skips' in the file.

Am not understanding why you would want a watermark on your recording?

Are you going to present it to someone?

If so after about 20 seconds overdub something like *This song was written and preformed by ---------*

Well it is actually vocal recordings, and in this certain forum they require you to watermark your audio and you are only to present it cleanly produced when you receive the "Donation", but let's be honest, its a nice way of saying payment.

To create 'skips', just split the file in a few places close together, and delete the middle parts.

All you do is put some overlaying sound/noise/voice in the track periodically in the same fashion that a radio station dubs over a track of a band performing in the studio; a couple times during the track you will hear "X ONE OH BLAH BLAH FM TEH BEATZ."
