You know, back when I used to walk to school in the snow uphill both ways, nobody had ever even hoped that we would have access to the collected wisdom of the planet carryied around in our pockets. Google wasn't even a stain in some dude's undies. There was no wiki, and definitely no such thing as a forum where you could communicate with other home recordists from all over the fucking world any time day or night that some half-formed question popped into your energy drink adled brain.
If I had a question I had to open up my battered copy of the Yamaha Sound Reinforcement Handbook and read words off of paper! A couple times a month I had these things called "magazines" show up in this thing called a "mailbox" - more words on more paper! And that was where my info came from.
So, yeah. You're upset that you can reach out across the world and get more information than you wanted any time you want?
