LOL @ Mood: Angry

That is awesome though. Since I can't get it on tape, I'm buying the CD. Congratulations!

Well done KC. I look forward to hearing Jan's influence on HRs premier steppin' razor!

LOL... that just cost me as much in postage to Australia as the CD price... $7.99 is too cheap kc!

If it's not here in 14 days I'm gonna whinge like hell! :cursing:

You can buy that pint from the proceeds now. :)

Dude unless you buy in batches of five each ill be on a bottle of bud lite lol

Sorry about the postage mate...my first sale was in Tasmania!

I've got it downloaded and we're listening to it in the car as we're running errands. Halfway through one song, my 12 yr old gets all excited and shouts, "Dad, that's the guy who sings 'Angels Fall', Joe somebody."

Now that's pretty frikkin cool. :D

This is AWESOME! I'll buy me a CD as a gift to myself for my birthday! :D

The clips sound great so far. I can't wait to get the CD.

Go for it, at best youll like some badly mixed dark electronica...at worst youll have a new drinks coaster :D

I had a listen to the preview bit a couple of times, i think it changes whart part it auditions...doesnt sound too bad through it

Thanks man :)

Cheers bro....its a very fun/satisfying thing to do...even if you sell one its great to play at being a real musician for a while lol

While dubstep is not my primary style choice for "listening music"...I really like electronic stuff (when the mood is right)...
...and reggae flavors are always cool!

It feels nice to get a finished product out there, doesn't it?
Good job.

Yup...though i think i over did it...im looking at a pile of CDs in my livingroom

Did you print & burn your own...or send out...or...?

I still have the better part of couple of cases from my last CD.

1000 CDs doesn't sound like much when they're doing the print/replication job for you (DiscMakers/CD Baby)...
...but even if you sell a decent bunch...and give away a good bunch....

...there's still a whole bunch left over.

I had them produced elsewhere...Ive still to post a bunch out but most of todays stuff for libraries etc is all done electronically

Ill leave them to my children in my will and spend everything else

I have a whole cupboard full of extras from three CDs...

I've never bought anything from CD Baby before - their "we've sent your order" email is an absolute classic:

"Thanks for your order with CD Baby!

USPS

(1) Super Jakes: Scary Munters & Super Jakes

Your CD has been gently taken from our CD Baby shelves with sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow.

A team of 50 employees inspected your CD and polished it to make sure it was in the best possible condition before mailing. Our world-renowned packing specialist lit a local artisan candle and a hush fell over the crowd as he put your CD into the finest gold-lined box that money can buy.

We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards and the whole party marched down the street to the post office where the entire town of Portland waved "Bon Voyage!" to your package, on its way to you, in our private CD Baby jet on this day, July 13, 2012.

We hope you had a wonderful time shopping at CD Baby. In commemoration, we have placed your picture on our wall as "Customer of the Year." We're all exhausted but can't wait for you to come back to CDBABY.COM!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sigh...
We miss you already. We'll be right here at Discover and Buy Indie Music | MP3s, CDs, and Vinyl | CD Baby Music Store, patiently awaiting your return."
