Here's a few tones I recorded Thursday, while at the church I mentioned before. I actually got to crank the amp & not worry about pissing anyone off.

That said, the tones I got "on tape" aren't that good really (to me anyway), I think I can get as good/better sounds here at home. But I did get to run my HT-5 through a 4x12 cab, & it sounded pretty good, & is a lot louder than I ever imagined being 5 watts......The cab is an old Carvin 4x12, with stock speakers that I don't think sound all that great myself. I think my next buy will be a 4x12 Celestion cab, instead of another 1x12.....
The other amps I was gonna get to try out didn't work out. The Carvin 100w head I mentioned, the tubes are shot in it, I did get to play through it a little, but the sound kept cutting in/out, most likely due to bad tubes. They're the originals that came in the amp, from the 80's

....
The only other amp that was there, was a Marshall Micro-Stack, solid state, 15 watter (there was supposed to be a couple more amps there, but weren't...). I didn't even bother plugging it in.....
I did get quite a bit done on some songs I've been working on, & actually got to record my 13 year old niece singing/playing one of her original songs (which was actually the best part of the whole day), but I'm gonna save that until I'm done with it......
There's no processing on these clips at all, no eq or anything. They are quite fizzy, flubby, & dark to my ears, but could be used in a mix I suppose.....The volume on the amp was dimed on all these clips, with different settings for the gain, bass, mid, treble & ISF.....
