You need a pop filter as well. You can just make one of those.

By the way, YUCK! Beiber? lol! Sorry, not my thing, but your tastes are yours. No disrespect....

The production is good on all of the links-except yours. There is much to work on here. Get the interface, cable, and make a pop filter. Then redo your vocals. Much improvement will be had. Probably not going to be as good as Beiber tho. :)

imma fan of eminem.. I dont like bieber at all. Btw those are covers done by people. Will i get sound close enough to them after getting the interface, cable and pop filter?

You will get closer my friend. The rest will involve some trial and error.

lot of enquiries because i'm tight on budget and i dont want to spend money on the wrong things!!

An interface like that maudio will definitely be a step in the right direction.

If you end up with a sound that's still not as good as you links, it'll most likely be down to your room acoustics or the microphone; Not the interface.

Either way, the interface is essential for what you're trying to do so you can't lose, right?

I hear ya man. It don't come easy or cheap, to achieve what you are trying to get. The first step is to get a decent interface, and connect your mic correctly. It will serve your goal better, but it will not make it happen by itself. One step at a time bro. :)

What do you mean here by connecting the microphone correctly? a little explanation bro

So the interface does make a lot of difference?

Is their any difference between the usb interface and the phantom power one? I mean like the fastrack usb and the fastrack pro interface?
How much difference does it bring on the quality as i have a dynamic mic so it doesn't require any phantom power.

Yes it does. An interface with phantom power, will allow you to try a condenser mic. You will likely want to try one. No sense in not getting an interface without. Just trying to help you spend your hard eared money wisely.

I did a while back. Actually, it was a member here that I took a liking to. Now that we mixed most of the album, I sent it to an acquaintance from another guy here that I played drums for, who is on the label. Ball kept on rolling. Funny tho, the kid thinks he is a rockstar now. I had to settle him down. :) He owes me a Ferrari when he gets famous! :D :D :D

I don't think this is the place for gratuitous sharing of commercial product. I will give you a link when I'm done with the project. :)

Cheers man. Looking forward to it.
Just remember, I might have heard the early stages in that "what are you working on thread".
