RMGI LPR-35 would be the equiv. The 80 is designed for 1mil tape. Don't buy used or New Old Stock tape until you review the sticky shed thread. 457 is also available as warehouse stock from Quantegy-online. It may be wise to have the deck professionally serviced if you don't want to/have teh tools to DIY. I have a few of these decks, I've not found a good answer on teh common LED problem. Also, I have one with uneven head wear, indicating head azimuth alignment.
