Is there a formant changer vst that can be used with sound forge?

Can any body helps me and tells me the name of a vst for a formant changer and can be used with sound forge. Thanks for your advice.
 
I don't quite understand the question, if you want to change the recorded format don't you just save it in the format you want?

No i don't want to change the format i want to change the formant and pitch. that's all

I think you mean things like Key, Speed and pitch? The usually when you talk format it is the type of file it is, i.e Wav, Aff, MP3, AAC, etc, or 48Khz, or 44.1Khz sampling rates etc.

Guys, he's talking about formaNts, not formats.

Virtual Studio Tools cannot be changed formant sorry. You might be able to change their format though. ;)
