Hi all,
I have an issue that I've tried researching online but I just can't find the answer because it's hard to describe and there's not much keywords I can search on.
I bought a Behringer 1202FX mixer, and a UCA202 interface to link the signals to my computer that uses Cubase AI4. The thing is, when I click 'monitor' on my Cubase's mixer, there's this distorted noise that grows louder as it cascades louder and louder.
I thought this was an issue with my microphone picking up sounds from my speakers, but this happens even when my mike is switched off. I must be missing something, like some sort of settings to allow Cubase to work with the external mixer or, could this be an issue with faulty equipment?
I'm just a student studying to be a classical singer, it's really confusing but I hope you guys will help me out. Best regards!
Jeremy
