Did I make this song? (Using Mixcraft and Loops)

So I just got this program Mixcraft which allows you to mix loops etc...

I created the below - which I think sounds pretty cool - but I don't think I really made the music. As I didn't play any instrument or anything...

Would anyone consider that this is my song?

Well I have to imagine when you buy the program you get full rights to the loops, but I care less about the commercial aspects.

As art, does it count as music to make something like that?

Is it considered "my" work?
 
Yes - it exists only because you built it. So you are the "artist" (that term may be argued).
