I have 003 rack at my studio , but 4 input gain knobs doesn't work , I can't boost input gain both Mic of Line input .. does anybody know what the problem is ? if yes please share me .
It may have been "only" 12 hours, but usually somebody has chimed in by that time. You may have to break down and call Avid- and I understand they are rather "proud" of their on-line support. Of course, if you are still in the warranty period. You might call Atlanta Pro Audio, even if you are not from 'round these parts- they are good people, if they can help you, they will.
