A bit about me...

I'm NOT a recording geek. After spending a few years in recording studios and gigging all over the place in the UK back in the day 20 years ago. I've moved away from playing pop/rock (guitar/bass) and now play almost exclusively classical (orchestral or piano) - so recording doesnt really happen. (I'm also now in Brisbane Australia)

Why am I joining this forum?

I need advice about acoustics! I just bought a piano and the room its in is TERRIBLE! (Waaay too live).

I presume you've found the studio building section of the site, which will be a trove on information in terms of taming your piano... and there are regulars here in the Noobs forum that are good with this stuff too.

I'm not one of them, however!
