Hi I was trying to re-amp a synth track...I ran it out of one of the line outputs (TRS balanced) on the back of my Firepod and run thru a delay then to an amp...But the sound coming out of the amp is not very good, very noisy and distorted. There's nothing wrong with my amp...I tried different outputs on the FP, all produced the same result. What did I do wrong or is there another way of doing it? The whole setup is connected by 1/4" instrument cables, no DI box. oh and there's also feedback issue when I tried to mic the amp... Very helpless as you can see. Please share your thoughts, thanks!

Probably 'cuz you're mixing Line and Guitar level signals.

Amps want Guitar...not Line.
You need a re-amp box...Reamp or Radial makes them....to take the Line to Guitar level.

Yeah, a JDI will work.

Hook it up backwards to use as a re-amp.

I don't think you can use a DI box backwards...Radial ProAmp maybe?
