Really Big Question, Please Help

Hey guys, i got all my item to start recording, but there is one problem.. i dont know how to record -.- , im using Cubase AI5, and im recording through a usb mixer(YAMAHA MW12CX) can someone please tell me how i can record vocal and acoustic in seperate tracks, thx cant wait to start recording ^_^ my first time btw

I think that your yamaha will only send to the computer a stereo mix .... so pan hard left and hard right the acoustic and vocals.

Or Put the guitar down first then go back and do the vocals.

No, he didn't say that. He said it will only SEND a stereo mix out. In other words, no individual out for each channel.
