Interface Problems

So I recently bought a Tascam 1641, and it came today. I popped it out the box and put in the disk to install it, but then was sadly informed by my laptop that "This setup is for 32 bit Windows only. Please use the 64 bit version of set up."

Sooooo, since this is the newbie section and all, what do i do??

Haha yeah, just stumbled across that. I downloaded the 64 bit vista driver, but what should i use to open it?

Thanks! I actually just used 7 zip though. So is that it? Now that I've opened the .tgz file? Or is there more to do before I use the interface?

Ok, I think I got it all worked out. Starting the installation process now Thanks for your help! Sorry if my questions got annoying...which they probably did.
