Sonar USERS!!!!

ok this is probably something easy to fix but its really aggravating me i was watching the sonar 8 tutorial the one with the scottish accent. i followed his instructions to kind of get the best of the settings. and well now when i drag an instrumental on the program and play it it plays like its fastfowarding like really fast how do i get it back to original

and by the way he was just showing me to select my audio interface and change the bit settings and stuff. im not sure if this messes with anything

You probably have different sample rates in SONAR than the imported audio.

Check your sample rate on the file and check the sample rate in your audio settings,make sure they match.

I have downloaded instrumentals and every single time I. Drag a song onto a track in sonar I play it and it plays super fast and has that chipmunk voice type of effect. I want it to go backto normal .
So acid its file then sample rate
Then go to options audio an make them match?
