Drum Trigger Software

Hi,

I like to use samples on an already recorded drum track.
Drum is recorded in 8 Tracks, and i'd like to add a sample to for example the snare. When it exceeds a certain dB/volume that means the snare is hit and this should be a trigger for a sample.
Is there any program that could do this?

(Drum is played on a metronome)

or if you're using a mac and pro tools, sound replacer. well unless drumagog can be used on a mac now.
