a) download Reaper

b) plug in your keyboard

c) press record

d) buy some tubes. Any kind of tubes, it doesn't matter. Hit the heaters with twice the voltage they are supposed to get. They will glow a pretty color and warm up your studio.
 
Ya higher the voltage the better try "220v 221v what ever it takes" (The money pit)
 
Yup cool movie. I always quote that line when asked any thing about Edison hook up related questions and get a bunch of head turns. helps pass the time of day in a what would be boring gig set up etc.
