If anyone is interested in laying down some vocals for me, please pm me. I'll send you a link to a wave. Or just click the "Full Song Info" on the soundclick player (link to player below) and download the mp3. Its a dry rough mix and still needs work. But its good enough to lay down vocals to. Its a cover of Communications Breakdown (Zep of course). If your willing and able then sing to a seperate track and send me a link. Keep it at 24 bit / 44100 ,. Hopefully someone out there can do it. http://www.soundclick.com/util/getplayer.m3u?id=8379624&q=hi

I can do some Zeppellin, but that song is really up there. Sorry man, too high for me.

I'd do it but I've got an ear and throat infection at the moment and only have about half of my voice. I might be able to sing it in a couple of weeks if you havn't found anyone else.

No problem. Im in no hurry. Plus you dont have to sing it as high as Plant does. Just so it works. :)

Oh...you were planning on singing along with the music? Good idea!

Im sorry, was that a stupid request. Have you heard of same note different octaves (or pitch). Have you ever sang "Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Do" ? I do believe the two Do's are the same key, just one Octave (or 8 whole steps) up or down which ever way you go. So yes you can sing it lower. :)

You can sing it in the same key, just an octave lower. :) Or two if you have to.

I'm aware of octaves, but you can't be serious. Singing this an octave lower would be horrible. You either do it in the same register or you don't do it.

Hey Bush, I'll bite.......!
Gimme an hour and I'll PM you with some tracks.

You could try putting a capo on your neck.

Hmm. Tell that to all the commercial artists who have done covers throughout the years either higher or lower (octave). Hell, in the 50's and 60's is full of examples. Elvis's first few albums is made up of covers and he sang most of them alot higher or lower than the originals. But lets not start a pissing contest. Its all good.

No pissing contest.

I never said you can't do ANY song an octave lower (though I'd love you to show me an example of a cover sung an octave lower than the original). I said THIS TUNE would sound horrible sung an octave lower.

Just want to say that the music track you have recorded for this sounds great! If anyone can do the vocals justice around here, it's Joey. This is going to be really good.
