I Have A Corner In My Room Where My Mic Is
I Was Wondering That If I Put Professional Acoustic Tiles Behind My Mic
Will It Sound Better And Have A Good Effect?

It should help control the bass...but you shouldnt be micing near a corner at all.

it's generally accepted that you don't want a "boxy" sounding recording, as it doesn't sound clean and natural. The more hard, flat surfaces with box-like qualities you have in your mic's immediate proximity, the more reflections that sound like a box will end up in your final track. Tiles might help, learning about and applying real room treatment will definitely help, but you'll probably want to play around with mic placement closer to (but not directly in) the center of the room.

Check out my website for some low-cost ideas in this regard.
A real low-cost way to help right off the bat would be to hang some thick down comforters behind the vocalist.
Another recommendation would be to purchase a Reflexion Filter http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Reflexion/ for behind the mic.

Real traps make a far better reflection filter.
I've heard this argument more times than most so whatever you want to think is fine with me.
However, I've communicated extensively and in-depth with both Ethan Winer of Real Traps and James Young of sE Electronics/Sonic-Distribution-UK about their respective products.
In reality, both products do what they are supposed to do and do it very well.
I personally think a couple of stacks of the "Ghost" panels or Real Traps Panels behind the singer with the mic, a Reflexion Filter then the Real Traps Portable Voice Booth in front of the singer (in that order) would be the "Bomb" :D

I personally like treating above as well. I think that is something they both miss.
