Why does BBC tv sound so bad, why unlimited?

Only those in the Netherlands can say what it sounds like in the Netherlands. That mpeg will only tell us for sure what your reception of BBC through your provider on your trunk sounds like through your mpeg encoder sounds like. I'll bet you a Euro to to cracker that not everybody in the Netherlands gets the same results...unless you guys have only one provider with one downlink station and one distribution trunk with no repeaters.

I can tell you that I regularly watch BBC World News grabbed direct off of satellite and broadcast on local stations in (until recently) both analog and digital, and have no issues with the sound in either format.
