Pretty cool...sounds like a locally produced Kingston production from the mid-'80s. Almost dub, but without all of the overlapping delays and stuff. I like it best once the main rhythm settles in...all of the subtle background sounds (bubbles !) really carry the thing.

On the break down part the drums sound oddly muffled.

Reminds me of a higher sound quality big youth recording or something. Nice job .

Agree about the muffled sounding drums... The guiro and triangle sounds seem crisp but the drums themselves are a little dull-ish...

Thanks for listening!! Yes, I had a bit of a hard time/lack of inspiration/skills with the tom toms but then I just thought that they're high up far away on top of a volcano or something and it started to sound better. But I'll keep in mind what you said.
