if you buy osx, you have the right to edit your copy for personal reasons and NOT for distribution.
apple state that you can't install the software on non apple branded hardware,,,but if you break that rule, the only implication is that you've violated the EULA and are no longer eligible for apple customer support...so really...it seems like if you buy it,,,you can do what you want with it...
the psystar problem is that they are selling these systems,,,and making a profit,,which is much more likely to be deemed illegal.
out of interest,,,what is model is your lan,,,what codec is your audio<if it's built it> and what board is it on,,,also,,what are your graphics<slot type,mem size,brand and model>
