keyboards?

Is it possible to use a computer keyboard as a musical keyboard in Cubase at all?
I'm looking to input MIDI data using my computer keyboard.

I'm sure you can do it in Fruity Loops but Cubase is a tad different.

dont know of a way like that off hand... just a mouse in the piano roll view???

i use a cool little freeware deal called midi keys.

works really well.

Its for the mac but Ill look into other programmes that do this, Im sure there are wa few shareware ones.

I couldnt get this to work with Cubase.
I downloaded the midiyoke as it says to but I couldnt work out how to use it in Cubase. bah.

Also the keyboard had alot of latency. I tried playing something simple on it with my compute keyboard but it was impossible to get any sort of timing going.
