Actually, as corny as it may seem, I feel like a musical burden has been lifted off of me. I love doing covers, but it was nice to record a song and not have to think about if it sounds like the original version.

Good tune Greg, as always you have super playing and recording to go with it. I feel the same way - originals have no comparison so they stand on their own merit. You have definitely earned your merit badge

This was my first tune with the new drums, but I'm pretty pleased with how they recorded. I think they'll get better and better as I get more used to them and how I tune/mic them.

Nice tune bro...Fun tune to listen to. Old School punk edge to it, sorta like the Ramones, but with different vocals. Maybe sounded a bit like Rollins there...nice mixture of shit. Great party tune. omething that doesn't have to be taken seriously....just fun to listen to. Great mix...it's raw, but has a good sound. Fuck off and die, wheasel....

Alot of keyboard shit. My best yet. You still need to come up with a tune for us to work on. Im working on one now that requires me to learn how to play piano. Alot of hunt and pecking for me. I think for the style of this tune you have all the ingredients in the right places. I'm not a real big fan of the up-tempo soughta (punk???) type music but your recorded tracks and the mix are very consistent with your previous material. I loved the cow bell and also the first solo was basic but very fitting!
As mentioned earlier, I think "Psychobilly" is a great category for this type of tunage!
I don't have any major nit picks with the mix apart from I would like a little less saturation in regards to the guitars but they still do what the song needs.

Thanks Vinnie-Beth! I wanted a big thick wall-of-guitar sound just to kind of glue the whole thing together. I personally think the bass and drums do most of the driving on this song. That was my intention anyway. The guitars are just the screaming kids in the backseat.
