help i'm geting very big noises when i record vocals through mixer in cubase

i'm using micro jts nx 8s and mixer called eurorack ub1204 fx/pro and i pluged it into my computer via build-in soundcard
my sound card s name is : c-media 3D xear
the cable is pluged in soundcard line-in , and in mixer is pluged in two places tape output
when i push in mixer " tape to main " i get big noise how can i fix this sorry for my english

everything is explained above i conected mixer to soundcard of computer via Y cord , and the in mixer i conected to tape output

I read nothing of a A "y" cord and in your original post. So what is this "y" cord you speak of.

The in mixer connected to tape output? That does not make sense. What are you referring to as 'tape output'?

None of the components (sound card, mixer or microphone) seem to be strong in the signal chain.
Wrong gain staging can also bring up the noise.

I suspect he has the main output going to the input of his soundcard, and the output from the soundcard going to the tape/aux input of the mixer. He pushes the 'tape to main' button >> instant loop feedback.

It does sound like a feedback loop, whether internal, or from your mic and speakers.

Turn your input faders down to see if it goes away.
