just wanted to know if theres anyway of plugging a tc helicon voicetone c1 into a interface to record is there anyway i can link them any info would be great thanks

what about if i put a cable from the output of the tc helicon into the input on my interface?

Ok thanks even though the inputs on my interface are what i plug my microphone into i have to inputs so just run a cable from the c1 output into my input on my interface an it will work?

The TC specc' shows a maximum balanced output on XLR of +1dBu or a smell over a volt rms.
That should not embarrass MOST interfaces but might some but you can always back off the TC's mic gain.

The specification is a bit all over the shop! For instance they mention "dBFS" when AFAICT there is no USB converter function in there?

I had forgiven them for the 24volt phantom power, thinking the device was PP3 powered but no! It uses a 12volt power supply and pulls 5.6 watts, so why no standard 48 volts spook juice?

But no, as Mark has said. No smoke.

Dave.
