Teac 2340sx funky headphone out question

Embarrassing to ask this (I cant remember) A while back I acquired a Teac 2340sx a while back and the front has 2 - 1/4 inch headphone outs for "Front" and "Rear" what "splitter" or what do I need to use to hear this as a single jack? Like a regular Tascam Portastudo has. Maybe a 2 male end to 1 female end adaptor? If so, Have no clue where I'd get this. Thanks in advance!!
 
Oh shoot. I asked this question a while back. Yikes! I'm losing my mind. Found it in the original thread. Cheers Anyhow!
 
Use an external mixer, would be my best guess.

Any Y adaptor regime would run the risk of shorting out the headphone amps in the deck.
