I remember reading somewhere that one should use 'midi' cables instead of standard DIN cables. I wonder what difference it makes. As far as I know Midi just uses 2 pins less. So why not use standard DIN cables? Do standard DIN cables cause latency? Do the remaining 2 pins cause problems? Or...
