i have a midiman 2X2 and a new emu0404 soundcard with midi in and out (not installed yet) how would i integrate all my gear and will i need the 4X4? if so how do i hook it all up assuming i have a midisport 4X4..a yamaha P200 piano controlling a motif es rack..triton extreme, korg dr880 drum...

use the M Box for Pro Tools when I want? Is it really risky to install a PCI card or would I be better off with firewire device? thanks as i bought the proteus X and it comes with emu 0404 24/96 card

my mind is fried today..do i even need midi to record? i have the new emu soundcard 24/96 0404 and i want to record into a software program..cubase...power tracks..whichever...dont o just hook it up and go analog in and out and record? or do i need the midisport to be usb'd as well?

i have a 16 track roland hd recorder..the boss 1600..can someone help with set up...i have a roland fantom X8...drum machine..yamaha p200 piano..16 track mixer...sound module..etc...there are options to record in stereo or multi...the roland gets plugged in to two channels right? and then pan...

coming from the left speaker? wierd...i use KRK Rokit 5's and the cables are balanced..coming thru a boehringer UB1832 FX Pro mixer..subouts to M Box and Control Room out to monitors..cant find problem...any general ideas on how to troubleshoot would be appreciated

i am using an audio technica atm41a and have the pro tools LE 6.4 with M Box...going thru a Boehringer UB1832 FX Pro monitor...the vocal levels are way too low in the mix...is there a template for levels? should everything be at 0 ?...how do you record with levels initially...drums at 7? vocals...

the biggest frustration is the supposedly wondeful piano sounds awful thru my system...it sounds ok thru the headphones..i have the PT 6.4 with M Box, Win XP going thru a Boehringer UB1832 FXPro mixer and Rokit 5 monitors and AKG 300 headphones...my yamaha P200 piano sounds great however...any...
