Problem with Reading Compact Flash Card

Hi

Recently my BR-864 stopped recognizing the card. I've tried several cards with the same result. After inserting, the display simply blinks the "BR-864" display. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? How to fix it?

It wouldn't recognize any card - thus it couldn't initialize.

I emailed Roland support requesting advise. They suggested it was likely a bent pin, so I grabbed a flashlight and a very small/thin flat-top screwdriver and indeed straightened up a pin which somehow got slightly misaligned (delicate to both detect and correct...). Now all's well again!
