Zoom l 20 R not getting on, error message Goodbye see you!

Hello dear friends, I am facing problem with Zoom L 20 R device is not getting on with error message “Goodbye See You!
Please help me.

I don't understand - this is the shutdown message? Do you mean it will not turn off, or not turn on?
 
Factory reset available in menu , currently its not getting on
 
I know nothing of the device, but I'm guessing this is the result of a failed shutdown, which persists when you turn it back on.
It seems to be set as 'card mode'. Is there a card in it?
I would try various different mode settings during boot up.
Also try persistently pressing various buttons during power up, which might get it into a different state.
There could be undocumented button meanings during power up.
If you can get it to come up in any other state, you might then be able to do a nice shutdown.
 
I would be contacting Zoom customer service. They may have another means to do a reset, or even have an idea of what's going on.
 
I'm also facing the same error. I tried the factory setting reset but it didn't work. I tried to power on the mixer pressing different buttons but nothing happened.
Does someone knows a solution for this error?
