Can anyone give some suggestion on comparison between this two microphones?

The C2's will cost you less and have the benefit of Low Frequency Roll-off And Input Attenuation.

What is input attenuation by the way? Low Frequency roll off means good in recording lower tone?

input attenuation in a nutshell means you can push a button and pad down the input of the microphone so that you can record a loud source

low frequency roll off means the low frequencys are rolled off ie less low frequencys feature in what the mic records. Basically eqing out some low frequencys at the microphone.
