B brzilian New member Oct 1, 2004 #4 Do a search on old posts. The Quattro is crap - M-Audio couldn't get the drivers right from day one. USB 1.1 doesn't have enough bandwidth for 4 tracks of 24/96 audio.

A alsa_user New member Oct 2, 2004 #5 Usb Stay away from USB devices if you have a desktop, use PCI audio cards. The 1010lt is great except for that spaghetti juction that comes out of it
