Hey guys,

I have been working with a christian group for a couple weeks. We just finished tracking a cover of the Edgar Winter Group's Free Ride, the vox has not been added yet. So I'd like you to let me know what you think of the mix so far and keep in mind it will likely change drastically once the vocals are finished.

Let me know what you think of the mix, performance, tones etc.

It sounded pretty good to me. The lead guitar has a muffled nasally tone that I'm not too crazy about.
 
the nasal tone is a bit orig. Pignose to me - so I like it.
The bass gtr is over powering the bass drum a bit (did I say that?) so a bit of EQ carving around those two'd be nice.

Thanks for the replies. I was out of town for a few days so I couldn't get back to you sooner.

I worked pretty hard to get the bass and kick to punch together and still need to do a little work on that.
