I read this board often. As a data analysis expert (whether you like that or not!) I can tell you on absolute authority that each and every post of idiocy falsely railing against any General Licenser is forwarded to all the others where it is kept in a turkey list file of bad credit risks. Between you thinking everyone who agrees with The General "must" be him and CyanJackass thinking everyone who agrees with VMG absolutely "must" be Eric Headrick (who is somewhere in California), the two of you have been dubbed the cess-brains. We'll apologize to the sewers when we get time.
Check the IPs, you'll find that neither myself nor Allbutright are even in the same locale as The General. At the moment I'm in Kingston, Jamaica and The Good General is somewhere in Albuquerque or New Mexico according to his last monitored email. (We do that, you know. So does the government.)

Don't look now, but that rampant ignorance is catching! Neither Vandor nor any of the other GLs have to "prove" anything to the likes of you or anybody else! The major record companies aren't "on trial" to suit the likes of fools and it is you who are on trial to see if they'll spend any money in you, your projects or your career. Just like every other wannabe.
And this one I've monitored thousands of times, one self-righteous remark like your's above, and their answer is always "NO!, Not one penny!" Just like the practice of law, ignorance is no excuse.
The paranoids always ask "who have you done this for before" in one form or another. The fact is, if they really knew anything about the industry, they'd know "who". (Yes, The General taught me that many years ago, and it's never been wrong and neither has he!)

You hit them hard or they wouldn't be like a hornet's nest. VMG has nothing to hide and nothing to prove. Anyone who will take the time to learn what to look for, can find all the good graces they want about The General Bobby Farrell and VMG World Wide. They're on gold paper in every legitimate registry on the planet, and have been for years. The fact the fools can't find anything against either The General or Vandor is the fuel of their anger.
I've personally documented over 10,000 Gold & Platinum associations, going back to the early 40s, but not one legitimate complaint any where. Not one. When you and The General checked both the Chambers of Commerce and Better Business Bureaus, you didn't find one thing against him or VMG anywhere. I know for a fact you checked even the National and International registries, and found nothing. Not a thing. And neither can anybody else because there's nothing to find. It's hard to imagine The General and VMG being that squeaky clean, but you and I both know they are.
I've known The General far longer than you have, and in all those years, I've never seen him wrong about where entertainment and recorded music was going. Usually years before it became the current standard. I never found one word of advice from him that couldn't be taken to the bank and I never saw him fail to get revenge on those responsible when some innocent was hurt by those who had the power to do things right. Mother and Dad watched him take Decca apart at the seams before I was born. His name and reputation in our house was sacred. My husband and I maintain the same attitude about him. I never found anything in his manner or conduct to reduce that so much as one speck.

It never ceases to amaze that none of the real Stars in entertainment have anything to say against The General or VMG. Those still alive, and the Estates of those who aren't, of the 160 albums VMG just signed and those getting airplay because of VMG are prime examples. The likes of Outlaws, donkeydoo and Cjackass are always around, and those who ignore and avoid them have a real good chance of success. Those who buy into their nonsense, ignorances and stupidities do not. It's the nature of the business.
This same scenario ran its course on mp3.com and not one of the well termed idiot element ever made one point of success in spite of all their yammering. Not one. The staff at mp3.com were caught in lie upon lie and The General called them on every one until he was banned from the board due to his infallible accuracy and infinite courage. But not one mp3 refugee has risen even a billionth of a point in all that time, due to their totally asinine mentality. Those born losers still hold the lies, thieveries, congames and scams of mp3 & company as pure righteous. And so their failures are upon their own heads and their own hands.
The General's site is on line for your edification and consideration. Once you learn the facts presented there, you'll have the major foundation blocks to act in your own best interests and be and remain on solid ground. Once you know the cold hard facts about music and entertainment you may decide such a career is not for you. The industry is there, the opportunities are there, and thanks to VMG so is the information everybody needs to make use of, or avoid, those opportunities.
