Yet another track I'd like feedback on.

No legal issue I can see - the tracks (not sure what trackouts are?) - they seem to be fine for educational purposes but they make it clear commercial use isn't allowed. It's fine to use them for practice - which seems to be what you're doing. Actually a good idea!

Personally, I use the terms Trackouts and Stems interchangeable; they basically just describe rendered audio of a single mixer track.
 
I've never heard the term 'trackout' ever? Is it a common term in the US? If so, another I can add to the collection? I think here we'd use track or stem as the two different common types.

I don't remember where I got that word from; perhaps I (or somebody else) combined the words track with out, where out came from the idea of audio being written to disk / outputted somehow.

I will try to use stem while on here.

And a brief aside, while I understand why you closed that one thread (it was just off-topic arguing that should have taken place elsewhere), I actually was looking forward to what Old Guy Music would have to say.
