Can't we just set off a few volcanoes? They like to spew nasty stuff into the air, like sulfur fumes and fine glass dust that can destroy a jet engine. Talk about a double whammy... you block out the sun for a while and ground all those carbon emitting jets that are carrying people all around the world.
We had a bit of that hail not too far from here. It did a number on a very nice golf course. Image trying to put with about 50 of these on the greens.

That's one helluva a pitch mark!
Should huge hail become the norm....I'm gonna need a wider divot tool.
Or maybe.....here's a thought.....solar farm operators should contrstruct roofing.

A few years ago, a member of our foursome got a hole in one. After finishing our round we walked into the clubhouse to tell the club pro about the hole in one that we had witnessed.
His response was, "That's nice, is he expecting a medal or some sort of an award?"
Ruined the moment.

Curious attitude for a club pro - you would think part of his function is to foster goodwill toward the club but apparently he didn't see it that way.
