YAMAHA QY series Question

My question if anyone's familiar with the Yamaha QY series sequencers
is in your opinion what separates them apart. I'm Comparing.

I know both are programmable MIDI sequencers, and in my case I'm looking
for the most accessible way to transfer the machines midi data into my DWA (logic).

I had a qy10 for a while. Clunky programing, not really anything to write home about. I liked the RM1x much better. It all really boils down to how you write i guess
