Yamaha Pro Series M-512: is it any good?

Does anybody know this one?
Does it have direct outputs? If not, how many aux or separate outs can you get?
Opionions on sound quality, does it have pres an all channels?
How much do you think it's worth (used)?

I am browsing the web, even Yamaha's site, but I can't find any info.
