Yamaha Mixer

Got a used Yamaha 14 track MM1402 mixer recently ( without the manual) of course. Right above each fader/slider is a "PFL" button. I know one of you out there can tell me what this button is and does . Thanks alot.

Got my question answered over in "The Rack" it's Pre Fader Listen
It allows solo monitoring of a channels pre fader signal.
