Hi,
I am about to buy 1 of these little beauties. Anyone gotta good reason why I shouldn't? I've got Cubase 3.7 which can apparently access all the DSP's capabilities, but it would sure put my mind at rest if someone out there had firsthand experience of this setup in practice! BASICALLY, is this the right card for someone wanting a 16track studio without buying VS-1680 or similar?
Also, I can't afford the AX44 expansion bay just yet. However, as I only record 1 track at a time, I'm told this won't be a problem. Can anyone confirm this?
Lastly, I've heard rumour of a Mark2 DSP Factory - is this what's being sold right now or should I hold on for it? What's it got over the 'vanilla' DSP Factory?
