Yamaha AW4416 problem - "play track mute is on"

Hey everyone! Not sure if this is in the right section, but hopefully someone will be able to help me out here!!

I am recording on a Yamaha AW4416 desk, and i'm having a problem getting signal into the desk.

I believe this happened after I accidentally tried to recall a scene that had no data in it. Now I am getting a message that says "play track mute is on" when I try to arm a track ready to record.

I am getting a signal into the desk (as in, a mic is plugged in, when I turn the gain full and tap the mic, it peaks. the light flashes to tell me that, so I know a siganl is coming in) but its not getting any further than that!

I have got no level coming in onto the screen.

Very very confusing, any light that anyone can shed on this for me would be great, as I am totally stuck!! Thanks alot, Danny.
 
have you had a look at the I/O settings and made sure they are the same as before?
 
I just had a look on the patch in & patch out screen, and Everything seems fine! :/
