Folks just need to relax. Its Christmas for goodness sake. Why get so bent out of shape over something SOOO insignificant. Ive been to Iraq...THATS A BAD SITUATION..... There are people starving, homeless, and Shakira is sucessful...Nicole won americas next top model...My cable is out...THOSE are crises. Go get some pussy or something. If a few harmless words bother you to the point where you have to PM someone and insult them....youve got serious issues.(and I had NO idea what XBOX 360s are worth when I posted it)... Also, most on eBay that will pay that much over retail for something (or any amount over retail for that matter) are pretty stupid.

Microsoft Sued for Xbox 360 Problems

Microsoft has been sued by a Chicago man who bought the company's new Xbox 360 game console over alleged overheating and lockup issues. The suit, which asks for class-action status, accuses Microsoft of rushing to market a flawed system to ensure it beat competitors Sony and Nintendo to the punch.

According to Reuters, the suit seeks damages and litigation related expenses, as well as a replacement or recall of Xbox 360 consoles.

Maybe I should have better phrased my statement in the previous post...

Who in there right mind spends 400 bucks on a machine that will be outdated in a year and be half the price in 6 months and doesn't work right out the box right now. :D
