WTB: USB recording interface

I'm looking to pick up a used recording interface. USB based.
It needs to have the following..

- Preamp built in
- 48v phantom power
- at least 1 stereo set of inputs/outputs

I was looking at the tascam us-122 or the m-audio mobile pre. I found a few used on ebay for 50-75.00 but I keep missing them at the last minute (slow internet lol). anyone got one for sale for about that?


(PS.. If the price is right.. I wouldn't mind going PCI, but prefer USB)
 
I have a Tascam US-122 that I will let go. How much you can spend? Its in good shape.
Includes:Two Midi Cables, USB Cable, and Driver CD(downloaded from internet). Interested?
Make me an offer and we can go from there.
