WTB--Tascam 238 / 238s

Just in case anyone has one they'd be willing to part with, I'm looking for a Tascam 238. The "s" version would be nice but isn't absolutely necessary. Please pm me if you've got one.

That is the rackmount 8 track cassette isn't it?

I sold one 2 years ago to a friend who has not used it at all... just too busy.

I used to have a 234 (4 track) and then sold it when I got a 238 (8 track). Listening back to those old recordings I liked the sound of the stuff done with the 234 much better - even though track bouncing had to be done to add a couple of more tracks. I'm assuming it's because they had to cut the track width in half to fit eight tracks onto a cassette tape.
Not trying to discourage you, but that was my experience with the 238.
