wow...Audix D6

So I got an Audix D6 today. I have had many live and recording with the competition--the AKG D112 and the Shure Beta 52 and I must say the Audix D6 blows them away. You guys gotta see the frequency curve on this bad boy. There's about a 10 db cut in the lower mid range. I applied almost no eq to the kick drum that I recorded. Not only does it sound great, but it's low profile unlike the beta 52 and D112 so you can really stick it anywhere in the kick drum.

Give the D6 a try.

that the blink 182 guy has been advertising? I think i saw it in the new ams but i can't remember if thats the one your talking about, solid chrome?
