Would these components work for an upgrade?

HI folks,
I posted in another thread about doing an upgrade to my DAW. I got great advice and this is what I came up with. This is all to install in a 4u rack space. I already have sata drives, two monitors, and most importantly (and potentially problematic) an older Delta 1010. i am hoping the pci slots on this motherboard will allow the use of the Delta, otherwise, its time for an upgrade and I have to sell it off. Problem is, I like the card, it sounds good to me. So, here are the components.
